Pet Policy

Your dogs (pets) are most welcome to stay at Windsor Gardens Caravan Park on powered sites only.
For the enjoyment and comfort of all guests, including your pets the following park rules apply.

Keep pets on leads at all times
Clean up after your pets immediately and dispose of rubbish in bins provided There are doggy bag dispensers located outside the gate on the Linear Park
Dogs must be taken outside Park boundaries to be walked and toileted
Pets are not to be left unattended in the Park at any time

When you leave the Park, please take your pet with you. Pets are not allowed in any Park amenities including Cabins, Units, Amenities block, Camp Kitchen, Laundry and BBQ areas. Please do not wash pets or pet bedding in the Park facilities.

Barking dogs can detract from the enjoyment of other park guests. Please attempt to keep your dog quiet. Constant barking or howling will not be tolerated. Failure to adhere to our Pet Policy may result in you being asked to leave the park immediately without refund.

To our dear guests and beloved community members,

We would like to update you on a range of important health and safety management procedures that we are managing in these challenging times to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our guests and staff.

The health and wellbeing of our guests and staff is always our top priority. We continue to monitor the public health situation and the latest medical advice given by the Government and adhere strictly to all advice by the South Australian government.

We want to assure you that we are taking extra measures to disinfect all areas of the park in addition to the robust health and safety measures that are already in place. We are taking the following extra measures:

All public and general areas are being cleaned multiple times per day
Our Kitchen and dining space, the pool area and the playground is being cleaned multiple times per day
Our Reception desk and all the other staff offices are also being cleaned multiple times per day

It is our commitment to you that our park will continue to operate normally, wherever there is no elevated risk highlighted, to minimise the impact on our guests.
